Remembering passwords can be pretty tough as it is, but for children who are just starting to type on a computer, this can be a very difficult task! Therefore, we let students log in fast and easy by using a QR-code. 

Log in to browser

1. Open the browser and go to cool.cloudwise.app.

2. The COOL homepage appears. Click ‘QR-code’.

3. Show your badge with the personal QR code in front of the camera. If the code is correct, COOL will open automatically. If students try to log in with an old QR code, a pop-up with 'Invalid QR code' appears. This means a new QR code has been generated. 

Note: If you forgot to authorize the camera, a pop-up will appear. You can give permission for the camera to turn on by clicking 'Allow'.

Log in with a Chromebook

1. Start a Chromebook (open it or click the button).

2. Click ‘QR-code’.

3. A new screen opens and the webcam turns on. The students are now allowed to scan their badge 

with the QR code in front of the camera.

Note: If you forgot to authorize the camera, a message appears. You have to give permission.

4. If the right QR code is shown to the webcam, the student will successfully log into their Google account and the COOL platform. Log in for the first time? Click on 'Accept'.

5. If students try to log in with an old QR code, a pop-up with 'Invalid QR code' appears. This means a new QR code has been generated.
